OPEN calendar slots are "signup" links.

How to Use Signup Links

Click an OPEN calendar slot. A pop-up form appears:

Enter your email address & any comments.

Click submit to submit your signup form to us.

Form Submitted email is your confirmation receipt.
Signup online or send us an email,
either way is ok. If you book a commitment yourself, please let us know, we cover all treatment facilities in eastern Mass.
